2. Commercial Resale Prohibition

The unauthorized purchase of our products for the purpose of commercial resale, redistribution, wholesale supply, commercial trading, export, or any other unauthorized commercial activity is strictly prohibited without our prior written approval.

Only distributors, retailers, dealers, or business partners who have entered into a valid written agreement with The Little Giraffe are permitted to market, distribute, or resell our products.

3. Violation Enforcement & Account Rights

If we reasonably believe that an order has been placed for unauthorized commercial resale or that our products or brand assets are being misused, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel or refuse the order without prior notice.
• Restrict or permanently suspend future purchases from associated credentials or addresses.
• Terminate customer accounts involved in unauthorized reselling activities.
• Withdraw promotional pricing, discounts, or wholesale benefits.
• Initiate appropriate legal proceedings to protect our brand, intellectual property, reputation, and authorized distribution network.

4. Intellectual Property & Asset Protection

The unauthorized use of The Little Giraffe trademarks, logos, product names, images, packaging designs, marketing materials, or copyrighted content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal action under applicable laws.
